What is MiniMax H3?
MiniMax describes H3 as a multimodal generation model that understands text, images, video, and audio together, with native stereo sound. Its official model announcement describes output up to 15 seconds and 2K. Those are model-level capabilities; the controls available through a particular product can differ. Open Video Studio, choose MiniMax H3, and set up the shot. H3 is currently a Video Studio model; it is not available through Composer.

Free accounts can select 5 seconds at 480p or 768p, subject to their available coins. Paid accounts can select 5, 10, or 15 seconds at those resolutions, or 5 and 10 seconds at 1080p. 1080p at 15 seconds is not an available combination. Review the coin estimate before generating; the current options and estimate in the interface apply to your request.
The official model's 2K capability does not mean there is a 2K option in Synclip. For this release, use the resolutions shown above.

Pick a deliverable you can judge: a product close-up, a vertical social opener, or a quiet character moment. Decide the orientation before writing the prompt. For your first draft, a five-second scene with one action is easier to evaluate than a compressed story with several cuts.
2. Give each reference a job
Use a clean image when shape, wardrobe, composition, or a product detail matters. If you add several images, explain the role of each in plain language. Add an audio reference when it contributes useful direction, and pair it with relevant imagery. Avoid filling every attachment slot simply because it is available.
3. Describe action, camera, and sound
A compact brief can follow this order: subject → setting → action → camera → sound → constraints. Make the action physically understandable. Specify one main camera movement and a simple sound environment. Mention the details that should stay stable, such as the bottle shape or the colour of a jacket.

4. Generate a draft and inspect it
Check the selected model, duration, orientation, resolution, and coin estimate. After generation, watch the whole clip and listen with headphones. Look for changing product geometry, distracting background motion, awkward entrances or exits, and sounds that do not match the action. Change one part of the brief at a time so you can tell what helped.

Start with one expression and one movement. Dialogue, fast action, and multiple camera changes each introduce something else to assess; add them deliberately after the simple scene works.

- Motion: does the action follow the brief without unwanted cuts or distortions?
- Audio: does the sound fit the scene, with no distracting or unexpected elements?
