Included uses are monthly plan entitlements for Find Similar, Find Source, Image Analyze, and Video Analyze. They refresh with your plan cycle. Discover stays fair-use without a visible monthly quota.
When do included uses refresh?
Included uses refresh with your plan cycle. Additional uses purchased with Credits remain available until consumed and are not cleared by the included-use refresh.
What happens when I run out?
Buy additional uses with Credits, or wait for the next cycle refresh. Rate limits are separate from included uses.
Can Credits add more uses?
Yes. Find Similar, Find Source, Image Analyze, and Video Analyze all support Credit top-up for additional uses.
Are rate limits the same as included-use limits?
No. Rate limits are short-window burst protections. Included uses are cycle entitlements. Buying additional uses does not reset a rate limit.
Does Synclip support Seedance 2.0?
Yes — Seedance 2.0 is fully integrated into Synclip's Video Creator and available on all paid plans (Starter $9.9/mo and above). It produces fluid, high-motion cinematic clips billed directly from your monthly coin balance—no separate API access or extra fees.

All paid plans include Seedance 2.0: Starter (300 coins/mo), Pro (1,500), Pro Plus (4,000), Pro Max (10,000), and Ultra (25,000). The Free plan supports LTX only. Pro Plus and above unlock extended clip lengths up to 25s with Seedance 2.0.

Do Pro Plus and higher plans get early access to new models?
Yes. Pro Plus, Pro Max, and Ultra subscribers get early access to new model drops and features—including Seedance 2.0 updates, new Veo versions, and other model releases as soon as they land.
What happens when I cancel my subscription?
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the active billing cycle and will not be charged again.
How do I switch plans?
You can switch in your account. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing cycle.
What payment methods do you offer?
Payments are processed by Stripe. We accept credit/debit cards; Apple Pay/Google Pay, Cash App, Klarna or Link by Stripe may be available depending on region.
